Soreness all over.

I didn’t do anything last night. I got home and slept at 6. I woke up at 3:30 am this morning. Body is aching all over. Snowboarding is quite a workout.

Went to the pool this morning and planned to do some endurance swimming. I am way too tired. I had trouble breathing. It felt like everytime I took a breathe, I am taking in nothing instead of air.

Did some TI drills. Now at work. See how my body my schedule is to do a bike drill and some yoga. If I am still too tired, I will just do yoga and rest some more.
