Distance: 40 km (mix of flats and hills)
Intensity: Medium – Hight
Time started: 3:30 pm
Duration: 1 hr 35 min (95 min)
Weather: Hot and windy (29 degrees)

Went biking with Chris. I followed him 3/4 of the way. The last 1/4 I led. Good day to go biking. Wish I have more time to go 🙂
