I had a great run yesterday. I will post a race report later tonight. It was fun. And I got my chili filled :D.

I thought of this while talking to a friend about some relationship issue he was facing. I can’t believe I gave him some pretty good advice (thank God for that). I am like Operah or Dr Phil. hahah..right.

Anyways, keep it short..this coming week is the last week before I end my Base 2 cycle. This also means this week I am training a lot more. Long bike will be reaching 4 hr 4 hr 1 min mark. If there is one week I have to focus, it is this coming week. Get all the trainings done and rest well.

Before I go, I thought of this: Life is like an Ironman.. a lot of sweating and a lot of eating 🙂
