Something I heard quite profound yesterday.

I work for the Glory of God and I rest for the Glory of God (ala 1 Corinth 10:31).
My weekend had been very restful. I went for a bike ride. Did some chores. I took a nap. I had hearty meal with family.
In an ever fast pace world between work, ministry, life and other things…it is very calming and reassuring that what needed to be done was already fulfilled 2000 years ago.
